Hello and welcome, My name is Etta Cline and I am the founder of Heavenly Blessing.

I started this ministry about a year ago, I just felt so bad driving my car while people were standing on the streets with nothing. So I got the idea to bring bags of food with me every time that I had to drive somewhere and when I saw a person in need I would pull over and give these people just a little bit of something to help them out.

It is my goal that other people will also do this because it is the right thing to do. If anybody needs any advice I would be more than willing to speak with you.
